Minimalism searched and flamboyant folklore, they have a link?

Why is this question which is intello fashion ?
It is to do my small effect ...
Well, I still observed, peeled, runway of London Fashion Week F/W 2013, which has a different spirit, more eccentric (not to offend anyone)
There are "minimalists" who draw on the heritage of the past with rich materials and details (for exampl Simone Rocha). And opposite the 'flamboyant folklore' equally sophisticated (Tom Ford, rich colorful embroidery and Giles and bonnets Rasta)
The link between them, flamboyance beautiful fabrics,
Sorry for the pictures (my computer gave me a nervous poop)

HE drives me nuts !
I hope to find the solution ...

J'espère trouver la solution.
